Event Terms & Conditions
By purchasing a ticket and joining us at IGNITE for Christ Europe 2027 (the “Event”), you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
We’ve kept them straightforward because our goal is not to fill your weekend with rules, but to help make IGNITE a safe, welcoming and enjoyable experience for everyone.
1. Our Event Spirit
We believe in coming together as a community.
IGNITE for Christ is a Christian event created to encourage young people to grow in their faith, build meaningful relationships and worship God together.
We encourage everyone to come with an open heart, ready to encourage others, make new friends and grow together in Christ.
2. Respect and Kindness
Let’s treat each other as Christ taught us.
We want IGNITE to be a place where everyone feels welcome, safe and valued. We ask all participants, leaders, volunteers and guests to treat one another with respect, kindness and compassion.
Harassment, bullying, discrimination, threatening behaviour, violence or other serious inappropriate behaviour will not be tolerated. If someone disregards these expectations, the IGNITE Crew may ask them to leave the Event without refund.
We hope this will never be necessary. Our goal is always to talk, support and find a good solution where possible.
3. Tickets and Registration
Your ticket is your place at IGNITE.
Every participant needs a valid and personal ticket. Please make sure the information you provide during registration is accurate and up to date.
For group registrations, every group of more than four people must have a designated group leader. Group leaders help communicate important information to their group and support the IGNITE Crew where needed.
4. Accommodation
We’ll take care of the room planning.
Accommodation is included in your ticket. The IGNITE Crew will take care of the room assignments based on availability, age, gender, group arrangements and other practical considerations.
You may indicate a preference, and we’ll do our best to take this into account, but we cannot guarantee a particular room or accommodation arrangement.
Married couples and families may request to stay in a room together. We will do our best to accommodate these requests, but they are subject to availability. Couples' rooms are only available to married couples.
5. Meals and Dietary Requirements
We want you to enjoy the food too!
Meals are included in your ticket. Please make sure you provide accurate and complete information about any food allergies or dietary requirements during registration. This information is important to us and helps us work with our caterers to prepare suitable meals.
We take food allergies and dietary requirements seriously. We will work with our catering team to provide appropriate meals and avoid the relevant allergens in the food as far as reasonably possible.
However, we cannot guarantee that the Event venue or wider Event environment is completely free from allergens.
If you have a severe or potentially life-threatening food allergy, please contact the IGNITE Crew before the Event. This allows us to discuss your needs and make the necessary arrangements with the catering team.
6. Photography and Video
Capture the moment.
We love to share memorable moments from IGNITE! During the Event, photos and videos may be taken and shared on social media, the IGNITE website and other Event-related channels.
By attending IGNITE, you understand and agree that you may appear in photos or videos that are shared in this way.
7. Safety First
Let’s look after one another.
Your safety and wellbeing are important to us. Please follow instructions from the IGNITE Crew, volunteers and the venue, and take reasonable care of yourself and others throughout the Event.
Because participants come from different countries and many are under 18, we have a responsibility to know where participants are during the Event. Participants may therefore not leave the Event venue without permission from the IGNITE Crew. This is especially important for younger participants and will be managed in cooperation with group leaders.
If you need to leave the venue for any reason, please speak to the IGNITE Crew first. Group leaders are expected to help communicate and uphold these arrangements within their group.
If you have any medical, accessibility or other needs that may affect your participation, please let us know during registration or contact the IGNITE Crew before the Event so that we can do our best to support you.
8. Rental Materials and Equipment
Please take good care of the things we provide.
Some items, such as sleeping bags, duvets and towels, may be rented for the Event. Please treat these items with care and return them as instructed at the end of the weekend.
If a rented item is lost or damaged through careless or intentional use, we may ask you to cover the reasonable cost of repair or replacement.
9. Staying Flexible
Sometimes plans change — and that’s okay!
We put a lot of work into preparing the IGNITE programme, but occasionally speakers, activities or schedules may need to change.
We will always do our best to communicate important changes and provide a great experience, even when things don't go exactly according to plan.
10. Coming to IGNITE
We hope you can make it!
We understand that sometimes plans change. If you need to cancel your ticket, you can receive a refund up to 4 weeks before the start of the Event.
After this point, tickets are non-refundable.
If something unexpected happens and you can no longer attend after the refund deadline, please feel free to contact the IGNITE Crew. While we cannot guarantee a refund, we will always try to help where we can.
11. Your Privacy Matters
We treat your information with care.
Any personal data collected during registration is treated with care and respect and handled in accordance with applicable data protection laws and our Privacy Policy.
We collect information such as your name, contact details, accommodation preferences, dietary requirements and other information needed to organise IGNITE safely and smoothly.
We’re committed to protecting your information and only using it for appropriate purposes connected to the Event and your participation.
12. Your Belongings
Please keep an eye on your things.
We recommend that you take care of your personal belongings throughout the Event. Please don't leave valuable items unattended.
The IGNITE Crew and the venue cannot guarantee the security of personal belongings and cannot accept responsibility for loss, theft or damage except where liability cannot legally be excluded.
